MHBC TILIKUM STATION OPENING …
ANY DAY NOW

As the Mt. Hood Brewing Tilikum Station staff and the construction crew works through their final checklists, Chef Chris Flanagan has been busy curing the pizza oven and testing recipes. Artwork is going up. Tables are getting set. And most importantly…the beer taps are ready to start pouring.

The new restaurant looks bright and classic with lots of windows, reclaimed wood finishings and a rustic brick-paneled wood oven. The bar features an ice rail to keep half-full brews chilled, an amenity also available at Mt. Hood Brewing’s Government Camp brewpub. We’ll have eight beers on tap, plus a selection of hand-crafted cocktails, wine, and local non-alcoholic beverages.

The restaurant itself seats twenty with 40+ additional seats in the train car and caboose stationed on the tracks right outside. Tilikum Station is within walking distance to OMSI and right at the east end of Tilikum Crossing. We look forward to hosting birthday parties and other events in the rail cars.

Mt. Hood Brewing Tilikum Station is eager to open its doors to the public…which should happen with the next week. Stay tuned here for a preview of the menu and the official opening date!
