Fall 2018 Events

Mt. Hood Brewing Co. kicks off the fall beer festival circuit with Timberline’s FREE Labor Day Mountain Music Festival on Sept. 3rd. As a sponsor of this fun (and did we mention FREE?) event we’ll be pouring Mt. Hood Brewing Co. craft ales while guests jam to live roots music at the amphitheater behind Timberline Lodge. MORE INFO

The following weekend, Sept. 7-9, we’ll be at Oregon Brews & BBQs in beautiful McMinnville, Oregon. This beer festival features 50+ taps serving craft beer from 35+ breweries for your enjoyment throughout the weekend, delicious barbecue and other food delights, as well as live music. MORE INFO

It’s officially hops harvest season in Oregon right now and our brewers are busy crafting our seasonal fresh hop ale to be featured at a few events this fall. The first one is the Hood River Hops Fest on Sept. 22nd. This family-friendly event features more than 50 breweries with more than 60 fresh-hop beers, plus a variety of food vendors, live music, and an awesome collectable mug. MORE INFO

Join us in Portland on Sept. 23rd for the Bloody Mary Fest. 2017 Best Bloody Mary Winner Heather aka Mo, our Mistress of Cocktails at MHBC Govy, will be defending her title for Best Bloody Mary in Portland for Original Recipe and runner-up for People’s Choice. Let’s cheer her on…while tasting the most delicious Bloody Marys in P-town! MORE INFO

Geek out on beer and science at OMSI After Dark : Brewfest on the evening of Sept. 26th. Sample beers from local breweries while learning how beer is made, the variety of hops and enjoy some fun beer tricks while you’re at it. Head next door to Mt. Hood Brewing Co. Tilikum Station for wood-fired pizza before or after the event! MORE INFO

Our fresh hop ale will be a featured brew at the Portland Fresh Hops Fest at Oaks Park Sept. 28-29. The Portland Fresh Hops Fest is a celebration of the annual hop harvest that takes place from mid-August to mid-September in Oregon. The festival features Oregon craft beers made with hops that are freshly picked off the vine and used within hours of harvesting. MORE INFO

As the only brewery on snowy Mt. Hood, we are proud to be pouring at Snowvana – the Ultimate Celebration of Snow Sports Oct. 19-20, which takes place at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland. Come for the ski area discounts and demos, stay for the brewfest and live music! MORE INFO

To cap off this awesome series of events, we’ll be heading south to the Steamboat Inn for a brewers dinner featuring Mt. Hood Brewing craft ales and the cuisine of Timberline Lodge Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith. Our brewer, Bryan Borgmeier, will be bringing some special treats from the brewery cellar to showcase at this intimate event on the South Umpqua River. MORE INFO
